The No.1 Cause of Procrastination

Remember the times when you have so many things to do and you just decided to put them all off.

Your work and your family’s tasks seemed to require so much of your constant attention that no matter how much you do, they seemed endless.

Haven’t you noticed already?

We have too many things to do. We have too many things to buy. We have too many things we owned that requires maintenance. We have too many birthdays and weddings to attend. We have too many catch-ups to catch-up. We have too many social media accounts to update. We have too many friends to stalk. We have too many relationships to maintain. Our house is too big to tidy. We have too many credit cards bills to monitor. We have too much responsibilities to uphold. Too many dreams. Too many goals. Too many plans.

We also have too little time, too little money.

We need to learn which are the important things that are worth our precious time and resources and let go of the rest. Once we find value and meaning in the things we do, we will never procrastinate again.
